Our Philosophy

At Great Oak we understand that the true value of our work is unleashing the potential energy and vitality of our clients/tribe at large. This is the true focus and spiritual mission of the practice. As mentioned before, the goal is not for raw financial profit and my ethos is one of an Angel Investor. I vow to not sell out to private equity, and will continue refining and evolving a healthy and strong shared harbor for our providers to comfortably do their best work.

I seek to create a balanced and flexible lifestyle for my providers. I support their changing phases of career and shifting priorities throughout the long journey of life. I value passing along autonomy and freedom so that they can practice how they see fit, and have full control over their schedules and lives.

Evolution of these core foundations will be of similar vein, while expanding Great Oak Psychiatry’s philanthropic presence and roots further into our nationwide community.
