Psychodynamic Therapy

Many of our providers have psychodynamic orientation, observing the ways different parts of the mind interact. We will use this awareness to better understand the “software” alongside “hardware” aspects of your presentation.

Psychodynamic therapy is one orientation of many different types of therapy. It engages deeper levels of the mind and unconscious as they act upon the living moment, particularly in relationships and how you richly experience yourself and others. These largely unconscious dynamics carry heavy influence from prior relationships, including parents and early attachments.
