We utilize a free platform called doxy.me. You will receive a link to your provider’s virtual waiting room via appointment reminder emails; the link can also be found on Headway. Message your provider on the patient portal if you have trouble locating the link. It will always be the same link for each of your appointments. Just jump in and your provider will know you're there.
