Dr. Nisha Sheth, MD Psychiatrist

As a board certified psychiatrist, I believe in providing patient-centered, evidence-based, and compassionate care. My goal is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment. I prioritize collaboration and education, helping patients understand their conditions and treatment options, so we can work together to develop effective treatment plans.

I completed a residency at Detroit Wayne County Authority Health, where my training focused on serving medically underserved communities. I also earned a certificate in Population Health and Health Equity from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. I served as chief resident in my third year of training. I am board certified by the ABPN.

During the first session, my primary goal is to get to know you and understand your unique experiences, concerns, and goals for treatment. We will discuss your personal and medical history, current symptoms, and any previous mental health care. I am based in Los Angeles and provide telepsychiatry services in collaboration with Great Oak Psychiatry.
